A curated study of female influence, repetition, and intentional digital presence. A space for ambitious women who want more direction, more depth, and more intentional inspiration online.
Hi, I’m Yaroslava and I created this project because I realised most of us spend hours consuming content on social media without asking:
“ Who is actually influencing me, and why?”
So I decided to study 100 women online, publicly and intentionally on my social media channels - Instagram and TikTok.
My list contains female funded accounts with more than 100k followers that have a clear pattern of repetition and something to learn from. It range from founders, builders, investors to creators and thinkers, I break down the habits, patterns, communication styles, and lessons behind the women I keep returning to.

Making Grounding Simple
Founded by Juliana together with her husband Mark, Boho Beautiful has spent the past 10 years creating yoga, pilates and meditation videos from beautiful places around the world. Their content makes a regular living room feel like Bali, Costa Rica or the Caribbean. What I return to is the calm repetition: grounding practices, soft discipline, focus, emotions and healing, all made simple enough to come back to again and again.

Founded by Natalia together with her husband, @followmetoo started in 2011, long before the follow me photo became one of the most copied formats on the internet. One woman from behind, holding a man's hand, discovering a new place. The same concept, repeated all over the world for 14 years. You never see her face. But you always know it's her!
What I am inspired by is the consistency. One great idea, carried with discipline for so many years across every continent, every season, every year. A reminder that you do not need to reinvent yourself to build something recognisable. You just need to keep repeating it.
