The 100 Women Project
A curated study of female influence, repetition, and intentional digital presence. A space for ambitious women who want more direction, more depth, and more intentional inspiration online.
Hi, I’m Yaroslava and I created this project because I realised most of us spend hours consuming content on social media without asking:
“ Who is actually influencing me, and why?”
So I decided to study 100 women online, publicly and intentionally on my social media channels - Instagram and TikTok.
My list contains female funded accounts with more than 100k followers that have a clear pattern of repetition and something to learn from. It range from founders, builders, investors to creators and thinkers, I break down the habits, patterns, communication styles, and lessons behind the women I keep returning to.

1/100 BOHOBEAUTIFUL
Making Grounding Simple
Founded by Juliana together with her husband Mark, Boho Beautiful has spent the past 10 years creating yoga, pilates and meditation videos from beautiful places around the world. Their content makes a regular living room feel like Bali, Costa Rica or the Caribbean. What I return to is the calm repetition: grounding practices, soft discipline, focus, emotions and healing, all made simple enough to come back to again and again.

Founded by Natalia together with her husband, @followmetoo started in 2011, long before the follow me photo became one of the most copied formats on the internet. One woman from behind, holding a man's hand, discovering a new place. The same concept, repeated all over the world for 14 years. You never see her face. But you always know it's her!
What I am inspired by is the consistency. One great idea, carried with discipline for so many years across every continent, every season, every year. A reminder that you do not need to reinvent yourself to build something recognisable. You just need to keep repeating it.

India de Beaufort is an actress and vintage lover based in LA with 1.3 million followers. She finds old pieces, cuts them apart, reshapes them, and makes them completely hers. Her reels are colorful, energetic and instantly recognizable. creative chaos with a point of view.
What I am inspired by is how she wears her identity out loud. She doesn't adapt herself to the clothes. She adapts the clothes to herself. A reminder that style is not what you buy. It's what you create from what you already have.
She makes style feel like self-expression.

Practical & Precious shares thoughtful reflections on style, routines and everyday life. Based in Ireland, she has built a loyal community by documenting what she learns along the way. Her videos are calm, relatable and instantly recognizable, proof that consistency often matters more than perfection.
What I am inspired by is how little effort she puts into polishing and how much focus she puts on sharing. She reminds me that social media does not have to be complicated. You do not need a studio, a perfect setup or endless editing. Sometimes the most valuable content is simply sharing what you learned today. 🧡

She jumps before overthinking
She shares her adventures, crazy stunts and the moments in between. She falls, she laughs, she tries again and keeps going. Watching her reminds me that courage is about taking action even when you're scared.
What inspires me most is that she has changed my perspective on what women can do and that she constantly expands what feels possible. Every time I watch her, I leave believing I can be a little braver too.
My lesson: don't give fear too much time to speak. Sometimes you just have to jump before you count to 3.

Former Victoria's Secret Angel Isabel Goulart continues to impress me with every post she shares. From yoga in breathtaking locations to adventures around the world, everything she creates feels effortless, elegant and full of joy.
What inspires me most is how naturally she moves through every experience. I know there's a lot of work behind the scenes, yet she has the rare ability to make every photo and video feel simple. She reminds me that beautiful content comes from embracing life with energy, curiosity and consistency.
My lesson: make it look easy. The more you practice, the more natural it becomes. The best creators make excellence feel effortless.
